Stress: The Silent Killer Dr Chidi

Born and raised in an Adventist home in London, Chidi is an ordained elder and has served for over 20 years in several churches including Norbury, Croydon & Hampstead.

He is a doctor trained in surgery, General Practice, Emergency Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine at Cambridge, University College London & Johns Hopkins USA (under Ben Carson). Chidi works as a Lifestyle Doctor who helps people to prevent, treat & reverse diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer etc.

Chidi writes for many publications, such as ELLE magazine, Sorted & the Daily Express, and is a contributor to several radio stations and Hope TV. He holds degrees in Physiology & Pharmacology from King's College London.

Helping men, of all ages, get closer to Jesus is a passion of his. He has enjoyed aiding men to identify their roles as Christ-like, servants and leaders in their homes, communities and churches.

When was the last time you told somebody about Jesus? You weren't trying to trying to convert them. You weren't trying to change them. You weren't trying to make them Adventist. But you was just telling them about Jesus. When was the last time you told somebody about his matchless grace? His timeless forgiveness? His matchless love?

When was the last time you told somebody about Jesus? Not that of your church but that you serve a great Lord. Not that you heard a great sermon or song but that you serve a great Lord. Not of a great programme but about Jesus. When was the last time you told somebody about Jesus? When you talk about religious things, do you talk about church or about Jesus? Do you talk about a singer or about Jesus? Do you talk about a congregation or do you talk about Jesus? When you talk about religious things do you talk about a preacher or do you talk about Jesus? Do you talk about praise and wordship or do you talk about Jesus?

Cos it wasn't a church, a preacher, a program, a singer or a congregation that saved You the last time You were in trouble and going through hell. It was Jesus! So I ask you again, when was the last time you told somebody about Jesus.
